Augie loves me (Steve) a lot. He told me so today. He said, "I love you a very, very lot." He continued "...but I love mommy more." He loves mommy "as much as the universe."
At first he told me he loved me as much as Jupiter, which is good "because Jupiter is bigger than Earth." And then it got even better, and he said "I love you as much as all the planets and all the moons, even the dwarf planets, and nothing is left behind-- all goed together as one giant planet and the giant planet is bigger than Jupiter."
Which is awesome. But still, he loves mommy as much as the Universe. But that's understandable, right? I mean, your mommy is your mommy. It's a special relationship. It's exclusive. No, it's not. Here is a list of the things Augie loves as much as the universe:

3. Frisco
4. Agoo, the 2 year-old betta fish who won't die no matter how we neglect him
5. The 5 butterflies we got as caterpillars last week, which we are releasing into the wild as soon as it stops raining.
