Epidural just requested. She's not in much pain now-- rates it a 3/10, but early is much better than late.

it's really the main thing that sucks about being induced.  they take the monitoring really seriously and you're limited in your movement, which makes it a lot harder to ride out contractions once you start really feeling them.  but that's why epidurals are awesome.
